All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. Due to the intimate, capacity-limited nature of our ceremonies, we do not offer refunds or credits for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals, regardless of reason. Yvonne Chung LLC reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion. If you are unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. In the rare event that we cancel or reschedule a ceremony, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future ceremony.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, the session will be considered forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Yvonne Chung LLC reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.
Limitation of Liability.
Breathwork sessions are for personal growth purposes only. They are not official medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and should not replace professional care.
Participation in breathwork is at your own risk. By purchasing, you confirm you are voluntarily participating and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yvonne Chung LLC shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damages, risks, or outcomes that arise from your participation. You release Yvonne Chung LLC and facilitator from any claims related to your participation.
Confidentiality. All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
Intellectual Property. All materials, recordings, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Yvonne Chung LLC and are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written consent.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.
